Rob qualified as an osteopath in 2018 and has a genuine interest in helping his patients understand their biomechanical dysfunction. He seeks to treat and rehabilitate his clients in the most efficient way he can. Having first qualified in Personal Fitness Training, Rob had an excellent insight into the way the body works prior to starting his undergraduate osteopathy training. He has a particular interest in sports injuries, biomechanics and rehabilitation work as well as exercise advice to manage recovery.
Robs other main interest is going to the gym for a weights session or to attend a boxing class to off load the stresses of bringing up his two young children, or to just get out of the house and away from them for a couple of hours. His next project is to learn the guitar which he started to do as a teenager but through his sports background never had enough time to focus on properly.
Rob is at Oundle Osteopaths on Monday and Thursday mornings.
